Gautam Trivedi is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Nepean Capital. He has over 26 years of experience in the Indian and Asian financial industry. In his last role, he was the CEO of Religare Capital Markets, one of India's leading domestic Investment Banks. There he pioneered 'The Great India Roadtrips' that conducted channel checks across in Tier 2 & 3 towns and villages.

Before joining Religare, Gautam was a Managing Director and Head of Equity Distribution at Goldman Sachs India; he served on the board of Goldman Sachs India Private Limited. He moved to India from Goldman Sachs (Hong Kong) where he was an Executive Director in the Asian Equities team. Gautam spent 4 years in the Corporate Finance and M&A team at Reliance Industries Ltd, India's largest company by market cap. He has also worked at DSP Merrill Lynch, CLSA Asia and Jardine Fleming (Hong Kong).

Gautam graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with an MBA and has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Mumbai University. He is also an Aspen Institute fellow and is the President of the USC Marshall Alumni Association of Mumbai. He sits on the boards of Collective Artist Networks, Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd., Landmark Cars Ltd., Maddock Films and UFO Moviez India Ltd. Gautam also sits on the India Advisory Board of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering.

He is an avid traveler and enjoys penning his experiences in travelogues.

Anand Trivedi is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Nepean Capital. He has over 24 years of experience in the Indian and Asian financial industry, of which 16 years were spent investing in public and private markets His last role was Managing Director & Head of GE Private Equity in India investing primarily in Indian Mid Caps with strong growth potential.

Prior to GE, he spent several years in Hong Kong as a fund manager with Nicholas Applegate Capital Management investing in India and Asia. He later worked in the Equity Capital Markets teams at Lehman Brothers (Hong Kong) and ABN AMRO Rothschild (Hong Kong). Anand also ran Principal Investments at Shinsei Bank in India. He has strong corporate experience having worked for 4 years in the Corporate Finance and M&A team at Reliance Industries Ltd.

Anand sits on the board of Extramarks Eductions India Pvt. Ltd. and UFO Moviez India Ltd. He has previously served as a Board observer on various investee companies, namely Sygene Ltd., Control & Switchgears Ltd., Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., Sudhir Gensets Ltd. & Oriental Structural Engineers Ltd.

Anand graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA and has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Mumbai University.

Aditya Trivedi is an Investment Analyst at Nepean Capital. Prior to joining Nepean Capital, Aditya worked in Boston as a Business Analyst at Insurify, a fintech startup backed by Motive Partners and MassMutual Ventures. 

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Outside of work, Aditya enjoys football and movies.

Akshay Chudasama is the Managing Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas ("SAM") and heads the Firm's practice in the Mumbai Region. Akshay has a wide corporate commercial practice with expertise in cross-border M&A and Private Equity. Prior to joining SAM, Akshay was a Partner at J. Sagar Associates (JSA) for almost 10 years and prior to JSA at AZB & Partners for over 3 years. He has an LLB from London School of Economics, University of London. Akshay also sits on the board of Apollo Tyres, Artemis Global Life Science, Bata India, Premier Tyres and Raymond Limited.

Bharat Shah has been a career banker with over 4 decades of experience having worked at Citigroup and then as an Executive Director of HDFC Bank, India's largest bank by market cap. He was one of the founding employees of HDFC Bank and remains an advisor. He is currently the Chairman of HDFC Securities, Exide Industries and 3M India. Mr. Shah also sits on the boards of Apollo Munich Health Insurance, Hexaware Technologies, Mahindra Lifespaces, Spandana Sphoorthy, Strides Pharma Science and Tata Sky. In the past, he has served on the boards of Hathway Cables, IDFC Alternatives and IDFC Private Equity.

Enid Fernandes is currently working as an Office Administrator at Nepean Capital. She previously worked in Sales Administration at L'Oreal India. Enid graduated with a B.A. from Pune University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, singing, dancing, and listening to music

Gaurav Dalmia is the Chairman of Dalmia Group Holdings that invests in private equity, real estate, public markets, structured debt and fixed income. He is an early investor in and a Board member of True North, a leading Indian private equity fund, which manages approximately $3.5billion. He is also the founder and Chairman of Landmark Holdings, a real estate investment firm. Gaurav was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in 2000. He is a Board member of Brookings India and a member of the Governing Board of The Institute for New Economic Thinking in New York. He received an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia Business School.

Harsh Gokalgandhi is an Investment Analyst at Nepean Capital. Prior to joining Nepean Capital, Harsh worked as an Institutional Research Associate at Motilal Oswal. Before that, he was a Research Analyst at Ventura Securities.

Harsh is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. Outside of work, he enjoys cricket and traveling.

Nicholas Rothman is an Investment Analyst at Nepean Capital. Prior to joining Nepean Capital, Nicholas worked as a consultant at a family office in Mumbai, and before that was a business analyst at BORN Group in New York. 

He graduated with an MSc. in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History, from Brown University, Rhode Island. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys travel and food, as well as spending time with his friends.

Parth Sanghvi is an Investment Analyst at Nepean Capital. Prior to joining Nepean Capital, Parth worked as a Senior Associate at Edelweiss Institutional Equities where he covered Banks and NBFCs. Prior to Edelweiss, he worked at Emkay Global in Equity Research covering Financials. He also worked at KPMG within the Valuations team.

Parth is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI. He has also completed all three levels of CFA from the CFA Institute, USA. Outside of work, Parth enjoys watching football, reading and traveling.

Rajiv Ghatalia spent 16 years in the Asia Pacific region, first at Goldman Sachs as a Partner and Co-head of Investment Banking in the Asia Pacific region, and later as a Partner at Warburg Pincus focusing on the firm's leveraged buyout, special situations, and financial services investments in the region. Today he is President of Hennessey Capital Management LLC, an investment firm, based in San Francisco. Rajiv received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Accounting from the Wharton School.

Unnati Nagda is an Assistant Finance Manager at Nepean Capital. Prior to joining Nepean Capital, she was an Account Assistant at V.L. Shah & Co. 

Unnati received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking and Insurance from Viva College. In her free time, Unnati enjoys painting and traveling. 

Varun Nandwana is a Finance Manager at Nepean Capital. Prior to joining Nepean Capital, Varun worked as a Manager at Principal Asset Management where he covered fund accounting, taxation, compliance and finance. Prior to Principal AMC, he worked at Daiwa Asset Management covering operations activities. He also worked at Shinsei Asset Management and ING Investment Management within banking and operations.

Varun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and has completed a CA (Intermediate) from the ICAI. Outside of work, Varun enjoys watching films and spending time with family and friends.
